(no website found at time of publishing) – Stadium row
How I heard of this place: Through my friend Richard as we strolled by (or towards) on our way to the lunch hour game between the Mariners and the Kansas City Royals. (The Mariners won 3-2!)
Type of cuisine: Sausages and dogs!
Ambiance: Outdoor mobile food joint with no seating except on the curb across the street at the edge of the stadiums.
What I ordered: I left my order up to Richard and with my full trust, he selected for me the brat with cream cheese and caramelized onions ($6.50 each). We dressed each brat with spicy Rooster sauce, sauerkraut and jalapenos before stepping away to enjoy the delicious creations.
What I loved: I loved the way the cream cheese eased the spice factor of the rooster sauce and jalapenos. I loved the warmth of the food as we made our way through the chilly summer air to the stadium.
Why I loved it: The experience is one which cannot be missed. It seems unfair to go to a baseball game and not eat a delicious hot dog, sausage or brat!
Cost: Low to average ($6-$8 for stadium fare)
