How I heard of this place: I was at the Mariners vs Cubs game, smelled the garlic fries, and found it around the corner.
Type of cuisine: Burgers, hot dogs and other traditional baseball fare, including fries and other sides.
Ambiance: It’s a pick-up place – order your food, take it away on a compostable tray, help yourself to condiments and take it to your seat in the stadium.
What I ordered: The garlic fries.
What I loved: The garlic fries – fresh, tiny-diced garlic with herbs on salty, greasy fries.
Why I loved it: It’s the perfect complement to a baseball game – and the other things one can order, from jumbo hot dogs to vegan dogs, chili, chowder in a bread bowl or shisha-berries.
Cost: High ($4 for serving of garlic fries; typical stadium prices)
